Care for a Cookie?
Today is a special day at work, so I decided to make a tray of cookies to share. Peanut butter blossoms bring back wonderful memories of growing up for me.
At Christmas time, my parents and I would make lots of these cookies to eat and share, and I remember how one year when my father was in charge of the baking, he created a perfect peanut butter blossom assembly line and we made whole regiments of neatly ordered cookies! These were a perfect combination for my folks since my mom likes chocolate and my father likes peanut butter. Mom would take off the chocolate drop and eat that, and Pop would eat the cookies!
