Dollops of Sunshine
Rain, rain, go away! So much rain here recently- everything in the garden is growing like weeds, especially the weeds! But the thunder storms seem to be never-ending this summer, and the clouds seem to be here to stay for a while.
So, in order to brighten up our little nest and to use up some pretty scraps of yellow yarn, I've made little "dollops of sunshine" for the windows.
They look bright and cheery when it's bright and cheery out, but they also seem rather optimistic and whimsical on stormy summer days like today.
