Gluten-Free S'mores

Even though s'mores are certainly, without-a-doubt the best when enjoyed over an outdoor campfire, there's a lot to be said for enjoying yummy, gooey s'mores with friends and loved ones around the kitchen table!

Would you like to see how we make indoors glee s'mores here at the Mesydotes household?  It's quite simple-just pop some marshmallows on top of gluten-free graham crackers (we use Schar brand)...

...place them in the oven for a few minutes at 350 degrees...

...and when the marshmallows puff up (very cool!), pull them out and make little sandwiches.

Now they're ready for a skiff of melted chocolate brushed over the top.  Tah-dah!

Easy-peasy and ooey-gooey!
